There are six restaurants at the Olivean, offering a variety of dining experiences - all of consistently high quality and creativity.
- Sai is our traditional fine-dining Japanese restaurant where guests are served seated on cushions at low tables, sipping sake.
Dinner could be as many as seven delicate courses, including miso soup with chunks of tender lobster, and a whole fresh fish with pumpkin dumplings and matsutaki mushrooms.
- Bras de Mer is our Gourmet French restaurant. Our chef trained in Paris and specializes in a fresh take on classic cuisine. Sumptuous, candle-lit dinners are served nightly in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. Breakfast is served in Bras de Mer also -- a sumptuous buffet of Western and Japanese options, with even a fusion of the two, such as flaky croissants with Asia's black sesame seeds.
- Our Sushi Bar is legendary, staffed by some of the country's finest Sushi chefs. Come for a snack or a feast.
- The Olivean's Tepanyaki Bar is where the chef grills sweet Seto Sea shrimp and tender pieces of Kobe beef as you watch. Dinner at Tepanyaki is a "show" where the chef is the star as he chops and grills for our diners.
- Our Coffee Shop is the perfect spot for a casual breakfast, for delicious pastries or for a snack any time.
- For casual lunches, the favorite is the Olivean's Outdoor Barbecue.
